Complaint, Compliment and Suggestion

Qualtime values your feedback, whether it be a complaint, compliment or suggestion. Any feedback we receive from you allows Qualtime to further improve the service that we provide and it assists us to identify areas of the service that require development.

  • In person (Informal Complaint)

Speak with the Service Manager in person. If the complaint is about the Service Manager, you can request to speak with the Association President.

  • By phone (Informal Complaint)

Phone (07) 3633 0177 and speak with the Service Manager or the Association President.

  • In writing (Formal Complaint)

Complete the yellow Complaints, Compliments and Suggestions (CCS) form, drop it in the CCS Box in the Centre or sent it to the Service Manager or the Association President at P.O. Box 176 Taigum 4018 QLD.
